What formats are the eBooks available in?
What app do I need to hear the audio inside the eBook?
You need Adobe Acrobat Reader — which is completely free. Download it from adobe.com or search for “Adobe Acrobat Reader” in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android). Once installed, open the PDF inside Acrobat and tap any audio button to hear the pronunciation. The eBook will NOT play audio in other PDF readers.
Is this Modern Standard Arabic or Gulf/Emirati Arabic?
The eBook teaches a practical mix — primarily conversational Arabic that is widely understood across the Gulf region, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait. The focus is on real, everyday communication rather than formal literary Arabic.
How long does it take to finish the eBook?
Most students complete the eBook in 10 to 14 days, studying 20 to 30 minutes per day. However, you can go at your own pace — there are no deadlines, no expiry dates, and no live sessions required.
How do I receive the eBook after purchasing?
After completing your payment, you will receive an instant download link by email. Click the link to download the PDF directly to your device. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
What is your refund policy?
Because this is a digital product, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue — such as the file not downloading or the audio not working — please contact us at info@missrubaarabic.com and we will resolve it immediately.
Is the eBook available in languages other than English?
The current eBook uses English explanations with Arabic script and phonetic (transliteration) pronunciation guides. This makes it accessible to speakers of any language who can read English.

How do I receive the eBook after purchasing?
Can I use the eBook on my phone?
Yes. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader on your iPhone or Android phone, then open the PDF inside it. The audio works perfectly on mobile. You can also use it on a tablet, Mac, or Windows PC.
Is there a limit to how many times I can download?
You can download your purchased eBooks as many times as you need from your ‘My Books’ section. Your purchases are permanently linked to your account.
My download isn't working. What should I do?

How do I create an account?
Click the ‘Sign Up’ button in the navigation menu. Fill in your name, email address, and create a password (minimum 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and a number). You’ll receive a verification email to confirm your account.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to your Profile page by clicking your avatar or name in the navigation. From there, you can update your name, bio, and profile picture.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
